What would you do if you need to deal with community outcry over budget cuts?

A district has a choice to make between cutting its baseball program or its spring choral program because of budget concerns. How should the board deal with the community fallout?

	Find a private sponsor for either or both activities.
	Make a decision based on which activity fits into the district's mission.
	Meet with community forums before making a decision.
